Another migrant worker cluster tested positive for C-19, incresing to 21 and overall tally now 386
[J-Tao Report] Cambodia’s migrant workers COVID-19 cluster cases has expanded again today with the finding of another infection, bringing the cluster case to 21 and the Kingdom’s total cases to 386.
The new case, according to the Health Ministry’s announcement this morning, is identified as a 33-year-old Cambodian female migrant worker in Battambang who returned from Thailand on January 5. She is now receiving treatment.
Also there is no new recovery today, causing Cambodia’s recoveries to remain at 362, with no death, while the number of active case has gone up to 24, among them 20 are women.
The Kingdom’s 386 confirmed cases include 264 Cambodians, 45 French, 18 Chinese, 13 Malaysians, 12 Americans, 10 Indonesians, 6 British, 3 Vietnamese, 3 Canadians, 3 Indians, 2 Hungarians, 2 Pakistanis, 1 Belgian, 1 Kazakhstani, 1 Polish, 1 Jordanian, and 1 Japanese.
